The Pugmark - Jungle Lodge

The location of the resort is excellent, close to the moharli gate. Service was superb. Amit and his team made sure that we were comfortable. Huge rooms. Beds were too soft for us. Ac was not able to cool the room.

Firstly wifi is not provided in room. The villa room are not fully air-conditioned staff is reluctant in terms of service there was no watch*** to open main gate in early morning they switch off the lights even if you are sitting in premises of the resort after the dinner good thing about the resort is vibe is nice resort premise is very calm location is nice rooms are not bad but they should convert them into fully air-conditioned in short this resort is amazing if they improvise their service but my experience was not good

Location is good. Stay was not very comfortable, staff is not very trained. Basics like providing clean kettle, ac remote, food order, is a prolonged activity of following up with them continuously.

Only good thing about the property is its location. Other then that the Property is badly maintained ill equipped staff. The food not only sucks but is also cooked in a unhygienic kitchen with re-cycled oil. The Rooms are infested with Lizards and there is resident Wild Bore freely roaming on the Property with no concern for the safety of the guests.

Staffs are very cooperative and excellent. Food is yummy a**osphere is awesome. Rooms are neat and clean. Little bit expensive but very nice experience

It's big property but not maintened. Our room had lizards. Also toilet flush was not working. Bathroom drainage was all blocked. So after all these issues they changed our room. Staff was polite and service was good. But property needs serious renovation and deep cleaning. Food was also very average.

Great resort, good location. Excellent food and a very warm service. Would love to visit again. The property needs a bit of maintenance but the rustic setting near the jungle doesnt make one mind it that much.
