Spend a night at the Sancutary Tourist lodge. To date this has been the cleanest place I've stayed in whilst travelling in India. Rooms are basic, clean and spacious. Internet is good with no dropouts. The owner speaks good English and eagerly assists his guests. I opted for an English breakfast due to not being able to tolerate Indian spices. The lodge is located on the outskirts of town so you will need to get a tuk tuk to get to the centre, please don't pay any more than 50R

The lodge is located less than 500 mtes away from the sanctuary gate. Very good and economical place.The rooms are basic, but neat and clean. Prefer room on the upper floor which are newly made.only thing missing is an cupboard(room however has ample provision to hang clothes) Food was pure veg and homely. Service was excellent. Mr. Avasthi takes good care of his guests and offers all the help needed.

Clean & hygienic environment, delicious, fresh & safe food. Homely atmosphere, quite better from traditional commercial establishments. Just 200 meters away from Keoladev National Park/ Ghana Bird Sanctuary. One should stay at least once to observe the difference.
