Even though we wanted to continue to stay, but we were terribly shocked by: - poor wifi. - no restaurant (though they claim to have one. - toiletries were provided onky in repeated requests. - ceiling fan not working - plates and water not provided on time and therefore we had to stay hungry the whole night as the food got cold. Would not recommend anyone for even one night's stay here.

It's not a hotel, it's a good quality lodge only. Isolated, no lift, no kitchen, service is not to mark. Stay at night in self risk. No response from servants at night time. Experience is very bad. Cleanliness is very poor.

Location is really good, on the main road and closer to panchgani market. Stay was good too, rooms are super clean, swimming pool was clean, parking, garden, and rooms are really close and thats a plus point. U can get in and get out quickly unlike other big resorts. I really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel room ac was working with very poor performance. Not able to chill the room even on 19 degrees centigrades. The tv was not showing your account is deactivated. We booked two rooms as we had 6 members in family but they provided one room on ground floor and another on 1st floor which was not very convenient. At 6000 per neigh t cost per room i don't expect all these issues to be faced

It was an awesome stay. Hotel was situated at very good place. Good stay, good staff, clean rooms & washroom. Nice garden. Food was ok, variety was less. Overall good stay, would recommend for family.

We have booked executive room with balcony. The room was very pleasant, it was neat & clean. Overall interior design was superb with beautiful lighting arrangements. Washroom is also very well maintained. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. The only thing is they don't have non-veg restaurant but the nearby hotel is at walkable distance.
