Prime Property - Prime Location - Prime Rooms - Prime View - Prime Hospitality - Prime Stay - Prime Experience......This is what Nest & Hives Naukuchiatal offers. I have stayed in lot of hotels & resorts starting from 3 stars to 5 stars but haven't seen this kind of personalised hospitality. Location: Location is kind of top of hills and outskirt, means very much away from Hustle & Bustle. Superbly peaceful and extremely natural. Accessible by vehicle but bit narrow roads. Rooms: They have 1 Suite, 3 Premium Cottages & 3 Deluxe Cottages. Suite & Premium Cottages are prime rooms with 360 degree panoramic view and on upper portion of the property. I booked 1 suite & 1 premium cottage. Both are almost same kind of rooms but location of Suite is bit prime. Very very very big rooms with 1 deck area (looking the tal) with 100-120 sqft area, 1 small balcony just on another side overlooking hills, 4-seater dining area, 5-seater sofa with TV, working desk & chair & a double bed. Overall 1 room size will be between 550-650 sqft which is massive. Amenities: Fridge - Microwave Oven - Water filter - Electric Kettle - TV - Kitchen set up with utensils - Dining Table - Sofa - Shoe Rack - Almira - Personal WiFi - Heating Bed and much more. Hospitality: This is the most important part of any trip. Their hospitality will make you feel special. Everyone is wonderful. Thanks to Mr. Ashish (owner) for all kind of guidance. Mr. Arjun Brijwasi is the ***ager and the most sober and polite person. You just say one thing and he will always try to do it by himself. He was like our personal guide which made us feel special. Most importantly - Mr. Hemu & Mr. Bishan were there 24/7 to address any kind of need. Very very nice, polite, helping & wonderful people. ***y thanks everyone to make us feel special and also made our trip so memorable. Other Services: Para Gliding, Zip Lining and so ***e activities to do during your stay. Just share your need to Mr. Arjun / Mr. Hemu and they will make sure, you are getting the best. It was not their responsibility to go with us and make sure we are enjoying those activities, but they went with us and made sure all are perfect. But please remember, during season time this can not be possible as they need to take care each and every guest with special care but they will help as per their level best. Food: Food is great & absolutely homely. You will get most of the items in Veg and Non-Veg. But please place your choices well in advance as they need to prepare your food fresh and also need to arrange all the things. Remember, this property is not hard core commercial hotel, so you need to cooperate with them for best food and service. Overall above expectation experience. I will definitely explore this property again and their other properties as well. All the best Nest & Hives. Will meet again.

Nest & hives was suggested by friends for great location and amazing food. My personal experience further confirmed the same. its a little " adventureous" drive to reach the hotel . But after reaching the property . It is worth the drive. Parking is available at the property. The service by the staff is very warming and commendable. Food is very tasty . Though due to small hotel the options are limited and prior information is needed to be given , which is not an issue as such. Would really recommend especially as a weekend getaway from Delhi to rewind from the hustle - Bustle !

Rats and bugs !! Not nest and hives . Their so called premium cottage had rats and when we complained the owner said you can’t shift rooms because you have paid for this one .. he didn’t think we were fit to be upgraded or move to another room .. a cottage lay empty next to ours for days but we were asked to bear and stay with rats and cockroaches .. the property desperately needs an upgrade or restoration .. everything is old and dirty ..owner runs a scam by asking you to cancel Bookings with reputed portals and then ask to cancel by offering you a discount via advance payment .. so you are trapped you can’t move out and you have to make do with what you have .. utterly disappointed .. but worth mentioning that the staff is very legit they are super helpful and will try to accommodate you to the best of their abilities .. the only thing going for this is it’s location .. but the approach road is pathetic and will test your shockers (both cars and yours ). We will definitely come back to naukuchiatal but not to rats and bugs !!

Amazing stay with great view .The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative . especially Hemu .The food is amazing .Must visit .Walking Distance from the lake and couple of hike points available from the property .

I am so glad I could find Nest and Hives from the plethora of hotels/homestays in Bhimtaal/Naukuchiataal area. Every other house seems to be a homestay. This place will get 10 stars for its excellent location, overlooking the Naukuchiataal lake and the valleys on one side and a serene valley on the other side. The view is breathtaking at night with all the twinkling lights of the valley, and stunning in the day as well. One word of caution, Bhimtaal to Naukichiataal road itself is narrow , and to reach here one has to take a further detour from Club Mahindra , through a very narrow, uneven, but motorable road, with houses on both sides. Once you reach, its worth the drive. Beautifully done cottages sitting pretty with a breathtaking view. Inside the cottages everything is comfortable. with a heater, ac, microwave, fridge and electric kettle and tv . Ideal for a long stay as well. This is a small place with only seven cottages , and some of them have wide decks to sit and enjoy the view. A few steps to climb, so might not be convenient for the elders. Or elders can just climb up once , one really dsnt need to go anywhere , can just stay in the cottages and enjoy the beauty all around. Bhim and his gang of helpers are always ready to attend to you, and the place has amazing home-cooked food. Limited choice, but amazing taste. Toiletries could be slightly improved, but other than than everything is top class. Both Naukuchiataal and Bhimtaal are pretty close-by, so the place is an excellent base for the travel enthusiast. All in all, amazing place, one must visit.
