Possibly the best hotel in its price range I’ve stayed at in India. Arrived very late and very tired to a very warm welcome and an immediate check on whether I required anything to eat or drink. Beautiful room overlooking the pool with the added pleasure of the horse track below so I could wa5ch the horses being exercised in the morning. Used the excellent spa and frankly I don’t know where to begin with restaurants of which there are four on site. Caffechino is excellent for proper coffee and cake, Under the Mango Tree offers a wide menu with a barbecue theme and it’s goes on and on. Superb breakfast buffet with excellent Indian and western choices as well as pastries and excellent coffee and tea. Top marks all round!

Staying at Jehan Numah is always a royal experience. Everytime I come to bhopal y preferred stay is always this place. It Started wjth nice welcome from fareena at reception. She offered us best price and good deal, have us preferred option for room. Kids enjoyed playing at pool. Cafe chino is best restaurant for snacks. Food quality of under the mango tree is well maintained. Housekeeping and room service is excellent, they serve you with great courtesy. Overall, amazing experience

My stay was amazing, this is heritage hotel and all the artifacts are original, starting from welcome drink, check in process was smooth, breakfast was good and with wide variety.. We had three rooms all together and everything was managed so nicely Special mention to Mr. Mahesh, Ms. Yashika who were very supportive during the stay and Ms. Fareena who helped us during stay. It was the perfect stay...

Great experience. Great hospitality. Fareena was very kind to help and was humble. We loved the property, it has got great vibe and peaceful aura, aesthetic of this place are good. Under the mango tree had great food to offer. Although options for vegetarian is less.

I had a great experience, this is amazing hotel, check in checkout process is smooth.. Front office team is excellent, kudos to them would like to mention the names who helped me specially Ms. Yashika she has wonderful guest dealing and communication skills. I frequently stay at Jainuma with my partner because we absolutely love the property. Every month, we visit, and my partner makes a point of joining me. However, the experience at the front desk has been consistently disappointing. One staff member in particular, named Abdul, has been extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff lacks basic courtesy and acknowledgment towards guests, which is surprising for such a beautiful property. While the location and ambiance are wonderful, the attitude and service from the front desk team do not meet the standard we expect, especially as consistent, loyal guests. It is essential that the staff learns how to communicate respectfully with returning guests to uphold the reputation of the property.
