The food is out standing and mr krishna served us very well and overall it was the best experience of buffet till date just loved it

We are staying with the hotel for two nights and this was our first buffet with them @ Shahanama. The spread was diverse, and options starting with the starters, to the live counters and the desserts were really good. The staff was very welcoming, and the stewards who attended us were prompt. A special appreciation for Chef Pintu was created a few dishes on request that were delicious.

Great property that exudes the old world charm with all modern amenities. Very tastefully done, polite and helpful staff. The chef's need a special mention for the delicious preparations. Truly a wonderful stay

I regularly visit here and everytime my stay is amazing Ms Yashika and Fareena always greet us with smile and they both are very cooperative during over stay🙂

I was great experiance at Jehan Numa Palace. As it is a heritage property, we even explore the historic things here. Again important part is food and hand an interection with Akhilesh Mishra who always took care of everything at dinner part.

A lovely hotel. We stayed here for almost two days on the 29th and the 30th of April. We had booked two rooms for two couples. I had booked the rooms almost a month earlier. The check in was smooth and the staff was very efficient and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities provided in the rooms were perfect. The breakfast the next day was amazing. The staff under the watchful eyes of the restaurant manager was constantly on the move providing excellent service. The food quality was truly five stars. A special mention needs to be made about Saakshi the ever smiling and attentive staff in the Restaurant. Check out was smooth. After we had checked out and were on our way to the airport, the hotel staff called up to inform us that we had left one pair of footwear in the room. This was the icing on the cake. We had an amazing stay and would love to stay in this beautiful property again.
