Well maintained property in its class of budget category. Rooms are neat and spacious. Breakfast though have limited options but wjhatever they served is very tasty and service is amazing. Service is fast and restaurant staff is very polite and comperative.

Internal atmosphere and rooms are neat and clean, but building surroundings is not. Breakfast items are very limited. Staff service good.

Location is great, in the middle of the city, shops are nearby, easy transport. Food was also great, staff is very courteous and sweet and always accommodated all my requests. Had the best tea without sugar here. Decent food prices as well. Very clean and well kept facility. As a female, staying there solo felt very safe. The only con might be that there is a liquor shop right in front of the facility about 300m in front. But there is security person at the entrance 24x7 and during my stay there was no issue whatsoever.

Location is not good as exact infront of wine shop and the breakfast was really very very bad. Very few items in breakfast and clearly denied if ask anything else out of the menu.
