My stay at MAYFAIR Convention, Bhubaneswar has been truly memorable. What started as a short visit turned into an experience I wished could last longer. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality in a way that makes every guest feel special. The rooms are well-maintained, the ambience is serene, the food is excellent, and the staff go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The added advantage of access to the facilities of MAYFAIR Lagoon further enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect destination for both business and leisure travelers. What I found most difficult was not checking in—but checking out. The peaceful surroundings, impeccable service, and welcoming atmosphere make you want to extend your stay just a little longer. It is one of those rare places where hospitality is not merely offered but genuinely felt. A big compliment to the entire MAYFAIR team for creating such a wonderful experience. The hotel is very welcoming and has an excellent overall appearance. The check-in process at the front office was smooth, efficient, and handled in a friendly manner. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The only concern was the wooden flooring, where some exposed nails caused discomfort and occasional pain. Apart from this issue, the staff were extremely helpful, cooperative, and attentive throughout the stay.
