Mango Hotels Prangan

The pics looked great when we booked ***go Hotels and they do have a nice reception *****with being centrally located in Bhubaneswar. But their Cozy room category is too small, the bathrooms are tiny. The money they charge for a tier 3 city is quite high given the room size and hotel facilities. They have only one lift for usage by guests as well as staff, hence its busy through the day. Their overall service is ok, nothing great. They have a popular rooftop restaurant and the food is decent as long as you order room service or from the menu. Their breakfast buffet is terrible. Same items everyday and not even good taste/quality. Its like a formality. There are better hotels for the same price. Best to opt for them.

Stayed here for 2 nights in room 107. Check in took 20 minutes, by far the slowest in my 4 weeks of travel in India. After that things improved. The grounds of the hotel are very clean from the entry to the reception, halls, lifts and all the way to the room. As a business hostel, the room is designed to be functional with space to work. The room was very similar in style to business hotels in Europe. A wardrobe, mini bar & snacks, desk & chair to work on and plenty of electric points, including one at the desk. The bathroom was functional with modern fittings, albeit a bit cramped. There's a wet room style shower with curtains or a bucket if you want to bathe Indian style. Hot water was readily available. The bed had a thick medium mattress and a heavy blanket which was perfect even with the AC on. I had purchased breakfast and the food options were exceptional. Each day there were about 10 Indian options and maybe 4 European options, although the latter were only toasts and cereals. Location wise, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Bhubaneswar Station which worked well for me as I had a morning train. The staff provide exceptional service. The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff etc were all very professional. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would stay again.

Hotel PRANGAN by ***go is centrally located at the heart of the city . the rooms big clean , staff are very courteous , food is also good, all required amenities are Bing provided in the room, officials and staff at reception are efficient and courteous, House keeping and room service are excellent , thanks to Mr Amulya and miss Nima for there excellent services accompanied with smile , Overall very comfortable stay and very good experience,

I've been staying over the place for 7 days. Due to work commitments, i could not enjoy sundowner, which had a nice embiance. The food was very tasty.. though i dont eat spicy at 6 of the meals, they were spicy but tasty. The only issue is the noise, which you can hear even though the windows are sealed. The staff members were very nice.

I do not recommend to book this hotel. The Bed is having lot of Bug (Khatmal). The bedsheet and pillow are stinking and not washed. room is clean.Food is ok.. The service is very poor. They do not bother on your issues.

The hotel is near to airport and can be accessed to other main part of city. I is good budget hotel and maintained well. The breakfast fast can be improved and service is little lazy. Overall hotel is good for people exploring with restrained budget.

My stay in ***o has been amazing for the past few years. The rooms , Furnitures, cleanliness, service, food, staff behaviour every single things are so special here. There are instances where I had to reschedule my travel plan in Bhubaneswar if rooms are not available in ***go. Last but not the least is the Chef Dalai who brings the delicious foods on your plate.
