A wonderful hotel – only slightly more expensive than the Hindustan, where I had a meeting the next day, but a huge difference! The service is top-notch; the food is a bit pricey, but very tasty, with a solid selection, including breakfast; the rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. It's definitely 5-star.

The property is a short 20 minute drive from the airport and presents a grand exterior when we arrive. We found the security checks at the entrance to be consistent and professional, always greeting us and always being very polite. Check-in and check-out wqs seamless except for a minor hiccup. We had paid the room tariff online prior to our arrival at the hotel, through a link sent by ITC central reservations team. However, the payment did not seem to have been updated in the hotel's systems and we had to show proof of payment. I found this a bit odd and would request the hotel management to get this sorted. The junior suite was spacious and well furnished with ample room to keep our luggage. There was major construction activity in the next compound but thankfully noise levels were not bad. We enjoyed our breakfast thanks to friendly staff and some tasty food. Would recommend going early as the restaurant tends to get crowded after 8 am. The spa is very good and highly recommended. Overall, comfortable stay and no complaints.

Enjoyed a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Welcomhotel Bhubaneswar. We would like to appreciate Vineet, Rabindra, and Niaj from the reception for their warm hospitality, thoughtful Club ITC status recognition, arranging early check-in, and ensuring adjacent rooms for our parents. A special thanks as well to Raj, Bhavana, and Subir from WelcomCafe for making every meal a pleasant and smooth experience with their attentiveness and care. We also made extensive use of the gym, steam, and sauna facilities, where Mr. Lakmidhar and Jeetu were always readily available to assist us whenever needed. The Junior and Executive Suites were spacious, well-maintained, and quite comfortable throughout our stay. Lastly, a heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Sanjay at the entrance, whose ever-smiling face warmly welcomed us every time we entered or left the hotel.
