This is a tired property and not close to a 3 star hotel. Though it boasts non-smoking, smoking smell is all around in corridors and common areas. None of the water fountains are working. Hotel is maintained very poorly. The reviews appear to be paid as they don’t reflect reality of this hotel. I feel cheated and paid a property lot more than it is worth. On the top, all staff looked tired and appeared that the hotel may be closing soon or already informed employees about termination.

Excellent hospitality, comfortable rooms, great food, and very courteous staff. The property is well-maintained and offers a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Swosti Premium to anyone visiting Bhubaneswar.

Every thing is ok. The food is ok. Workers are ok and good reviews, near to the stadium. People are kindly. This is the first time we are coming to India for the Asian athletic games championship 2017. Would surely visit the next time.

I am Bibek from NIIT Group. This Hotel in Excellent Location and stay is comfortable and food is very taste. Swosti Premium Restaurant is nice cleanness and Front office staff is very friendly room boy all so friendly. Swosti Premium all services is good. Wifi speed is Excellent and Free access. i thing the batter for me. Thanks Premium Staff.

The place was really nice ***** with the swimming pool. Food was delicious as well especially the snacks. Wish we could stay longer. Thank you for having us and thank you to all the staff
