The location boasts stunning greenery, while the rooms are impeccable. The hotel staff are courteous, with special mention to Prabhashini from housekeeping who consistently goes above and beyond. The restaurant offers a delightful variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner, thanks to the talented kitchen chefs and restaurant team. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience staying here.

Near to station. Large property in two blocks. Standard ambiance. Ginger type room - Compact but functional Reasonable price which includes breakfast by default. Good service. Courteous staff. I had issue with non working door lock. May be a singular incident. Didn’t bother to get it rectified as it was complex problem it had. Nevertheless the stay was good. Would recommend for business travellers.

Yesterday I came with my family to have dinner. Palak paneer was tasteless and stale.I thought of complaining this to management but service guy was too much prompt to give baseless excuses and I don't want to spoil my evening.One of the service boy told that masala kulcha is available but while serving he brought aloo paratha and said this is kulcha. When I asked that this is aloo paratha he told in ginger hotel this is masala kulcha. I didn't react to his poor service statement but step away paying the bill as we choose buffet for my family. Poor service knowledge about the menu. This was not expected from Ginger Team.

I checked in at the Hotel on 24/04/2026 and checked out on 13/06/2026.. During my stay, I would like to share my experience for Housekeeping, Food & Reception/Front office... Housekeeping: The housekeeping staffs are in shortage and need to increase..The housekeeping department should not fall under Front office and should be a seperate department. All the housekeeping staffs are very hard working and carry out their assigned jobs with utmost sincerity and efficiency... Special mention for Mr Sukanta Panda & Ms Kiran Sahoo.. Fooding: The quality of food is very very good.. Complimentary breakfast has lot of varieties. The menu card may not reflect all the items but trust me the food is very tasty and mouth watering. Ms Rachana(Breakfast)& Mr Ramesh(Dinner)are outstanding and always ready to help in the best possible manner. Further, the service personnel who are appointed for room service should be trained well. Providing jobs to "specially abled persons" are welcome but again should be trained well. Reception/Front office: The department should be more active, sincere and should be very well inter-connected ie coordination among the staffs requires attention. Special mention for Mr Rudra and Ms Deepanjali - trainees who are very sincere and should be appraised. Location wise the hotel is very nicely positioned on the Nandankanan Road beside Hotel Swosti.... Overall a memorable experience and recommended for everyone... Please stay in Ginger Bhubaneswar and enjoy the vacation at the best !!!!
