Facilities: Excellent, top-notch facilities. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Like a garden. Service: Attentive and thoughtful. I've stayed at Mayfair many times before, and it's one of the top three Indian brands I've ever stayed at. It's the best in Bhubaneswar.

I had a wonderful stay at Mayfair Lagoon. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. I would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Lilly from the housekeeping team. She was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out and added to the overall experience. The service at the hotel was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mayfair Lagoon to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Me ***** with relatives family went to Mayfair Lagoon,Bhubneshwar in March 26. Its the one or The best luxury property that I have visited, the asthetix, food, hospitality, architecture, greenwry, play area, all was so fantastic. Swimming pool is pretty large. The place is so relaxing and rejuvenating, would love to come here again. My friend suggested this property and am thankful to him foe his advise. Rupa, Mangla and Bharat from housekeeping team were really courteous and helping ***** with Gaurav and Kanwaljeet from reception team.

I had a wonderful experience at Teapot and Nakli Dhaba. The food was excellent, and the service staff were very polite, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Gaurav for explaining the property so well and making the visit even more enjoyable.

Excellent overall experience : I constantly travel pan-India and i always prefer to stay at Mayfair property when available, this was my second visit at Mayfair Lagoon, Bhubaneshwar and as always the overall experience was amazing and up to my expectations. Lily in housekeeping gave me and excellent level of service. while, Prakash Sahoo and kala handi at tea pot restaurant provided me with an magnificent and delicious lunch and dinner experience. The overall location was value for money the ambiences and staff service were up to the mark, they were responsive to all my needs. Room was clean and everything was working perfectly. Overall it's value for money experience, noise level was minimal with a clam environment with good amenities.
