Very disguise experience. No services given on time, unsatisfactory stay, will never recommend again. Though the property is excellent build but service not at all maintain, staff was irresponsible, no hygiene maintained, bathroom stuff were broken, even handwash was missing, restaurant serves no quality food, staff attention is zero, pool was dirty, even we had late check out condition on our bookings staff denied to accept this. No cleaning of room done. Unsatisfactory stay

It was bad experience as there is no enough support staff. Complete menu in food is also not available. Bed sheet was not proper and in worst condition. Cleaning staff was unexperienced so cleaning was an issue. Pool was given to swimming classes so you can not use it too 9pm.

Rooms are not maintained and not at all clean, service is unexpectedly outdated. Lack of trained and sufficient number of staff is a major issue that i observed, it's a lash green property but it required a nice update.

Basic amenities not provided in room, room and bathroom also stink, after complaint no body will attend to solve it, breakfast quality is worst provided less variety in breakfast, poor ***agement and poor service. Want to say stay away from it.

There are mosquitoes in a room. Food was awful. Not in taste. We ordered tava roti. It cannot even break through hand. Only shoup is good else are not good in taste.

Property location is fantastic there is shopping mall at walking distance yet peaceful silence in the hotel. Service of hotel is good and very helpful people. The rooms were total out of world experience. Replica of harappan hut were something new to try.
