Derrière cette magnifique façade Art Déco vous ne trouverez pas de trésor hôtelier : accueil froid et sans âme , petit déjeuner indigne , chauffage en fonctionnement continu, chambre sans insonorisation, parfum d’accueil écoeurant, chambre réservée avec vue sur … mer qui se termine au travers de vitres sales avec vue sur la mairie Bref very bad mood

Very nice experience, both in terms of the location and the welcome given to customers. The staff is attentive and responsive: the problem encountered in our room upon our arrival was resolved during the day. The only downside is the variety of breakfast: difficult to adapt to a diabetic diet, no cooked vegetables, very little raw, no smoked fish, no low-fat dairy products.

So yes we are only in April but a heat wave has been predicted before. 27 degrees in the bedroom for sleeping. When you complain to reception you have to open the windows: ha ha with the noise from the road. 2 catastrophic nights. So yes the air conditioning is still in heating mode but he tells the customer this when arriving and not a sheet left after xxx complaints. Even the breakfast room on Saturday morning was suffocating. All that being said: renovated room, charming hotel, ideal location. But when you display 4 stars you anticipate the comfort of your customers, especially at this price!

Perfekt läge

The service was excellent from all the hotel staff. We were able to enjoy a superior room after being turned away from the Mercure President hotel due to its unexpected closure. From the reception to the catering service, all the staff were extremely kind which made our stay really pleasant. In addition, the hotel's location and facilities are very good. The renovation of the hotel brought it into the 21st century without losing its belle époque charm.

A perfect stay! The welcome was fabulous and the staff were absolutely adorable. An incredible experience, a magnificent room and a breathtaking view.
