The service was excellent from all the hotel staff. We were able to enjoy a superior room after being turned away from the Mercure President hotel due to its unexpected closure. From the reception to the catering service, all the staff were extremely kind which made our stay really pleasant. In addition, the hotel's location and facilities are very good. The renovation of the hotel brought it into the 21st century without losing its belle époque charm.

2nd successful and pleasant stay in this elegant Mercure and very well located in the center of Biarritz. In Art Deco style, the hotel has been very well renovated and so have the rooms. Spacious and comfortable superior room with side ocean view and well soundproofed. A refrigerator is missing. Very practical closed outdoor parking. Copious and good quality breakfast with only one downside, but a major one in winter: the room where it is served is really cold despite a few radiators. It's unpleasant. Professional and charming staff. Bar with excellent cocktails. An excellent address in the center of the city to do everything on foot.
