Excellent welcome and availability of staff. Hotel very well located in the center of Biarritz (5 min walk from the ocean-******, 2 min from Les Halles, 1 min from Gare du Midi (performance hall).
Very well equipped room with many little touches (kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer, tissues, mini-bar (additional charge), sewing kit, make-up remover pads, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bottle of water, etc.)
Very comfortable bedding!

Delicious breakfast with a very varied choice of homemade sweet and savory items.

Só a forma como fomos recepcionados já valeria nota 10! Nunca fui tão bem recebida num hotel. Parabéns por tanta gentileza! Quarto bonito, banho MARAVILHOSO, amenities cheirosas, frigobar, localização bastante central, numa rua silenciosa e tranquila. A internet é bem instável, desconecta toda hora, mas não compromete a estadia. Adorei, voltaria e recomendo. Não provei o café da manhã.
