Rien ne vaut les 4* ni le tarif, si ce n'est l'emplacement. Chambre petite, pas de poubelle dans les wc (très petit d'ailleurs, salle de bain très petite en guise de lavabo un lave main... ménage superficiel, poussière. Mini bar vide même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Bouilloire à disposition sale. Petit déjeuner 17€ ne les vaut pas du tout pas de choix pour prix et produits basiques. Pas de volets aux fenêtres !! Pour le soir si vous rentrez avec le code pensé à avoir de la lumière sur vous pour éclairer le clavier du digicode.

The basin in the tiny bathroom, containing the toilet, is nothing other than an ordinary hand basin, only a tablet as a bedside table at the head of the bed without a power outlet, no drinks available in a fridge which is not connected...

4-star hotel where the rooms are so noisy that you think you're sleeping in a dormitory. We distinctly heard our neighbors on the left talking and were enjoying the television (although the sound level was limited) from those on the right... in short, after a night with almost no sleep, we asked if it was possible to find a solution . The answer was that the hotel was full (although rooms remained available on their site), we requested a cancellation for the second night but categorically refused... in short we ended up in an Airbnb for less money and much better. Hotel to avoid, no commercial sense and which makes the bed of the classic hotel industry.

Frankly, it's a shame that the insulation is so bad. Everything else is very good. But I will not return until the hotel has renovated to fix this major problem. I didn't know it was possible to have a 4* hotel that was so poorly insulated.

The hotel was so cute in the little plaza. Our room had a balcony that we loved sitting on to watch people and look out at night and in the morning. We were early to check in and the woman at the front desk was very accommodating, letting us store our bags, change and use the WiFi. She was also very helpful getting us a taxi and helping us get around.
