Lieu magique devant l'océan, vu magnifique, odeur des embruns. Problème concernant la cuisine. Il ne faut pas surtout faire à manger, pas de hôte aspirante.Studio fait pour dormir! Aménagement spartiate et bon marché.
Nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Accueil agréable et efficace de la conciergerie.

The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though.

Logi in die Jahre gekommen. Man ist bemüht mit Farbe etc.
es in Schuss zu halten. WC sollte erneuert werden.
Toll, Aussicht, Erreichbarkeit zum Strand, gute Betten.
Küchenutensilien minimalistisch aber ausreichend.
Gerne wieder.

Le plus : 1) Vue époustouflante (côté mer et avec balcon et en hauteur) 2) Accueil très agréable, souriant. Personnes calmes et prêtes à rendre service. Merci. 3) Localisation parfaite : près des commerces (tout à pied) et en face de la grand plage et de la promenade bord de mer. 4) Parfait si vous venez en train ou pour vous déplacer ensuite : En face, arrêts de bus allant à la gare ou à Bayonne par ex. 5) Accès direct à la piscine privée en bas Le moins : 1) Ascenseurs en mauvais état, souvent en panne ou en maintenance, bruyants, peu rassurants, irréguliers et parfois très longs à arriver 2) Parties communes défraichies, voire sales et tachées. Entretien général défaillant. 3) grande disparité des logements (certains refaits, TB, d'autres non, en fonction des propriétaires) Se renseigner pour choisir. 4) Activités parfois bruyantes à l'extérieur tôt le matin (passage camion nettoyeur de plage) ou tard le soir (fêtes possibles) plus gênantes en étages bas. Prévoir bouchons anti-bruit au cas où... 5) Aspect grand HLM en bord de plage, NB : Pas de surveillance des allers et venues donc tout le monde peut rentrer. Faire attention aux heures d'ouverture. Si budget : choisir côté mer. Grosse différence.

The location and view is the best. Vince, the manager was amazing. I had an accident resulting in broken bones and he went above and beyond to ensure I got treatment and helped me on my return.

Super Geheimtipp, schöne Apartments mit Küchenzeile, super Blick vom Balkon. Deshalb Zimmer weiter oben buchen. Der Ausblick direkt auf den Strand ist einmalig.
Essen ist kein Problem. Es gibt rundum überall Lokale.
