The staffs are very helpful and friendly as well as the amenities such as spa and massage treatment. They also provided delicious Basque Foods for choices. The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz

Une chambre minuscule avec un lit de 140 🤔 un SPA à 27° et des gérants refusant les critiques. Bref, nous avons écourté notre week-end, offert par nos enfants 😭 une chose est certaine, nous ne manquerons pas de faire de la publicité pour cet endroit loin de ce que l'on peut attendre des 220 € par nuit... Arrivés sur place les chambres étaient affichées à 130 € 😡 ne réservez plus pour la période de Noël et attendez !!!! Mais surtout fuyez ce lieu 👎 à bon entendeur...

Super hôtel ! Chambre très confortable avec accès au spa. Les employés sont très agréable et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner un régale ! L'hôtel est très calme. Aucun souci avec les travaux de la devanture, cela ne nous a aucunement posé problème.

à fuir. pas digne d un 4 Etoiles. faire payer 20 euros de parking (alors que c est 17 euros dans celui à 5mn) s entendre dire à l accueil que l on est surclassés (prix de notre chambre 225 euros) avec une chambre vue sur les poubelles, 1 sachet de thé pour 3 nuits et 2 personnes (si nous n avions pas été surclassés qu en aurait il été) . piscinette froide. quant au petit déjeuner : pain congelé, les memes oeufs brouillés recuits pendant 3 jours...je vous dis pas l aspect appétissant et les autres charcuteries et autre gateaux surement 1 er prix de gms....une honte ! pas de volets et un rideau qui ne ferme pas....après reclamation la 1ere nuit...nous attendons toujours que l intendance vienne le réparer....inadmissible pour ce prix
