The staffs are very helpful and friendly as well as the amenities such as spa and massage trea**ent. They also provided delicious Basque Foods for choices. The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz

Spent 3 nights here as part of a golf trip around SW France. Standard room on 6th floor got pretty hot and had hardly any storage but other rooms may be better! Didn’t use the spa. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff were really helpful and location was excellent. Secure parking definitely worth the extra!

Les lits sont confortables MAIS il y avait un énorme cafard vivant sous l’oreiller, avec des pâtes éparpillés dans le lit… Très très dommage. De plus, la piscine du SPA est très froide. Vaisselle cassée dans le restaurant. Ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, personnel accueillant et sympathique. Le spa est un plus, la chambre agréable propre, bonne literie. Nous avons eu une chambre côté rue bien insonorisée. Un service de qualité. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

A fuir surtout en ce moment. Prix exorbitant pratiqué pour le rapport qualité/prix. 337€ la nuit petits déjeuners compris. Rénovation façade (certes signalée par mail) = comprenez échaffaudages avec grillage sur toutes les fenêtres de la chambre au même tarif...(cf photo) Une cage à poule! Propreté limite, décoration désuette, personnel qui vous prend de haut, produits Nuxe offerts = échantillons à réclamer à l'accueil. Bref bien loin d'un standing 4 étoiles ! Demande immédiate à notre arrivée d'un changement de chambre équivalente ce qui n'a pas été possible, de plus nous n'avons pas eu de proposition d'une chambre inférieure. Seul point positif, le petit déjeuner avec produits qualitatifs. Le spa est un plus mais très petit avec effectivement un risque de brûlure au niveau des buses du hammam et une lampe cassée dans le sauna (j'ai omis de le signaler dans mon mail de réclamation) Pour la direction : inutile de répondre à ce commentaire étant donné que nous avons déjà longuement échangé par mail sur les nombreux points de discorde. Comme je vous l'ai expliqué, votre proposition d'une réduction de 100€ pour un prochain séjour tout en sachant pertinemment que nous vous avions expliqué en amont ne plus vouloir revenir dans votre établissement... 😂 Nous avions simplement demandé le remboursement du parking (18€), ce qui nous a été refusé.... Dommage de ne pas avoir lu tous les derniers commentaires avant notre venue!

L'Hôtel n'est malheureusement pas un 4 étoiles au vu des prestations. Les chambres ne sont pas top, très petites, petits lits ! 140cm !!! Mauvaises odeurs ! Le ménage laisse à desirer !! Traces de Scotch sur les miroirs jamais retirées !! Hôtel très vieillot qui mérite un bon coup de rafraîchissement. ll ne faut pas se fier aux photos sur le site ! Très cher pour les prestations et services proposés ! Je suis très déçue !
