This is a 4 star hotel and quite expensive and as such we found that the standard of the accommodation did not live up to expectations. The room was large but a bit old fashioned in style and there was an over bath shower which isn't to be expected in this grade of hotel these days. The worst feature, however was the horrible, musty smell that remained in the room the whole time we were there. It was really quite unpleasant and it was impossible to identify where it was coming from. Carpets in the corridors were marked in places despite attempts having been made to clean them and the stairs which we took on one occasion instead of the lifts were very neglected. Wooden effect floors throughout would be much more practical. In general everywhere was just tired and in need of updating. The staff, on the other hand, were delightful, very friendly, helpful and efficient and the hotel is in an excellent position for the town centre and one of the beaches.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were pure luxury - immaculately clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and the little touches truly made a difference. I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and relax. The hotel's ambiance was soothing, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The outstanding service and the genuine hospitality of the staff made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I can't praise them enough for their professionalism and attentiveness. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful experience. Gorgeous, sumptuous hotel! We spent 10 fab nights here and even in bad weather we could sit in the most fabulous hotel bar and read and relax. Beds are good and the design of the place is just a feast for the eyes! It is a little way out of the main town - about 1km but there is a free bus every half hour N11 although it ends at 7.30pm. We never found any problem getting a taxi back up later in the evening. Loved the pool area and the attendants brought lovely lunches and cocktails on request. We are twice in the restaurant which was exceptional and the one breakfast we had was extensive and lovely too! All of the staff were focused on giving great customer service! Just lovely really and would definitely return.

The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is great - we ate there for two of the five evenings we stayed at the hotel, and the meals were fabulous (the best Kouign Amman on the planet - must be a Breton chef!) The location is perfect for the beach and the old town. However, although the standard of cleanliness was excellent, the hotel rooms need a bit of TLC - very small bathrooms with no space to hang towels up properly, slightly shabby and in need of attention in some areas (broken washing line in ours), and the rooms were very small. There is only one small lift and it's very slow, so we used the stairs a lot - but the staircase obviously isn't considered a priority in terms of comfort - the carpets are very old and shabby, there was spare furniture piled up on the first floor, and it smelled a little musty. So overall, although we liked the hotel and would stay here again based on the staff, the restaurant and the location, I would say it's over-priced in terms of the rooms and bathrooms.

Renewed facilities. Attention to the public only until 19:00. Good location near the centre and the beach. However, we had an important incident with the lift. The lift has no overweight sensor. The lift has stopped between two floors. The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel. We call the alarm: A maintenance staffer (better bad than it was 17 h. because otherwise no one would come) told us he was calling the technician and he was not entitled to do anything! . We waited half an hour. There was no telephone coverage inside nor. We were waiting for 8 people as ”sardines in lata” to arrive the technical desire. The hotel was a very good place to stay in the city. The first time this happened, we were told, so you should review the protocols of that service, update the installation mechanisms and change the OTIS assistance service. . We arrived Hotel Le Biarritz in the middle of the night, desperate to get a room for the night for 2 adults and 3 kids, due to our originally booked apartment hotel next door gave us cardkeys that were not activated upon arrival. The reception was closed and the telephone number in case of ”emergency” was turned off after midnight. We were warmly welcomed by a very nice man, unfortunately I do not remember his name. We got 2 rooms with a very good discount and the 3rd room for free. The children were hungry, so we asked if we could buy some snacks. He offered us pancakes. He went to the kitchen and came out with a trey full of pancakes, yoghurts, and 3 different sorts of cakes and water. He also asked if we wanted breakfast in the morning, but we were not sure we would make it in time, so he told us we can have the breakfast for free. We also had access to the pool the day after. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Our rooms were small, but nice and clean. (I see from the pictures on their website that they have bigger rooms with balcony). In the morning we got breakfast while the kids were still sleeping. We then got a little basket we could bring to the room with full of croissants for the kids. If it wasn't for the already paid apartment hotel, we would have stayed in hotel Le Biarritz for the rest of our stay in Biarritz. We have never ever experienced such a nice welcoming and service in any other hotel we have stayed at before and strongly recommend this hotel for the service and location. It is located near the beach, 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the grocery store and other nice restaurant. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel. You can also walk all the way to the city on a sidewalk right by the beach. We would definitively one back to hotel Le Biarritz.

First stay in a residence of Lagrange. We really enjoyed the residence the patios of Eugénie in biarritz. The hotel is very well located near the city centre, beach, ******, shops, bus .... I recommend taking the imperative parking in biarritz. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, clean, only a small bemol a shower would be pleasant in the place or in addition to the bathroom and a nespresso would be expected in a prestigious residence. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable.
