Clean, welcoming hotel in the center. Highly recommended!

Netter Service, top Zimmer und großes Frühstücksbuffet! Kostenlos parken kann man einfach beim Luna Park, dort hatten wir noch nie Probleme. Es ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und in der Innenstadt hat es auch eine top Lage! Für einen Stern ein echt super Hotel. Ich war bisher zweimal dort und wurde nie enttäuscht. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Albergo datato ma ristrutturato molto bene. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato aveva un bagno anche se piccolo, pulito e accogliente. Camera pulita. Il personale alla reception è stato gentile e si è adoperato per farci sistemare le biciclette in un posto sicuro. Colazione variegata e molto buona, dal salato al dolce. Unico neo, le signore che riassettano le stanze, hanno approfittato dei 10 minuti che siao stati giù per la colazione per sistemare la stanza (alle 8.45 di mattina), magari avremmo apprezzato se avessero apsettato che lasciassimo l'hotel per la giornata. Nel compplesso comunque molto molto bene.

I DIDN'T LIKE IT, I GOT DUST MITES IN THE BEDROOM, AFTER STAYING OVERNIGHT I MOVED TO ANOTHER HOTEL

I stayed for 2 nights; the structure is very old and dated, for the price it costs it is not up to par as a structure. The staff was very kind and polite and ready for every request, the food was very good in the hotel's restaurant, but the breakfast buffet was poor and not very well looked after, the same things every day, but above all the fact that you are forced to drink the coffee from the machine was not prepared at the bar, if I took it from the bar you had to pay for it and I didn't like this. Recommended? I don't know, everyone has their own points of view, on ******* it seemed more decent as a structure so I was a little more disappointed

A lot of things went wrong at check-in. We had booked a 3-bed room and when we got there they said they had made a mistake and we had booked a 2-bed room. This had to be discussed with the manager (although the booking of the 3-bed room was in writing) but in the end we were able to check in into a 2-bed room even though there were three of us. We had to pay an additional €4.50 for an extra bed that didn't have space and wasn't needed. I think that's the lowest of the low! Room service wasn't good either, it seemed like the cleaning lady only came every 2 days. It was good that there was a 24-hour reception and you could also hand in your key there, although you could argue about the friendliness of the staff as some often rolled their eyes when you had a problem.

I stayed in this hotel for a weekend, I had run in the Bibbione spa. On the night between Friday and Saturday someone from the hotel played house music at 4.30 in the morning for about 15 minutes, I think everyone was disappointed. On Saturday night at 2.30 in the morning some boys under my room started honking and shouting (whose gray Y is behind their car) waking up the whole street!!! I get up and see that this car was parked behind the cars and on top of everything practically in the street, preventing people from leaving, calling the cleaners and after an hour of maneuvering they managed to leave. And a sleepless night!!! On Sunday morning I go to the spa course I take my towels and take them to the car, while I put the towels in the car a girl comes out and asks me if I am taking away the facility's linen, I look at her stunned asking in surprise if she thinks that I can take or do something like that?! Then I tell him that if he doesn't trust you, go ahead and check... he replied that you never know... anything can happen and that the check wasn't necessary, he comes back in without saying SORRY!!! Then I come back and ask who owned this gray Y car that woke everyone up in the night, she replied that if people are rude she can't do anything about it and that these guys parked in the facility's car parks, so to make them pay she thought to put the car behind him and prevent him from leaving... I reply that this gesture of his has disturbed the whole street and especially his customers... and then he doesn't respond anymore and doesn't apologize for his doubly rude gesture!!! I found all this absurd, leaving aside an old smell on the old and ruined linen structure, a broken toilet seat! I have to compliment the girl at the cash register and reception for her complete lack of professionalism...

Very friendly staff; room without television, with very old furniture, the shutters are not acoustically insulating so you can hear the animation of the rooms below until 11.30pm. all the walls in the room needed to be repainted (with obvious signs of deterioration); a stain on a sheet. The bathroom was clean and the climate was quiet. The location is very central, inquire about parking. The breakfast, despite the room, was excellent.

I spent a week in this really simple hotel. At first glance my fear was the view of the external facade and the many negative reviews. I can say that I had a good stay in this facility (satisfied for what I paid), but there are some interventions and improvements to be made. Pros: Very good and varied breakfast Excellent value for money Location near the beach and the center Staff and staff really courteous and quick to respond. Rooms of the right size Cons: Almost zero car parking External facades to be redone Interiors to be modernized Strongly improve cleanliness of the room Shower box to be integrated into the bathroom and not next to the bed Change the windows and doors due to the chaos outside Write in advance that drinks are not included in the half price pension Give some priority to hotel guests for dinner or lunch
