Everything was to our satisfaction for the short trip. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. Price performance is right. Unfortunately, the bar closes at 11 p.m.

Quietly located hotel in a park, good parking options. Within walking distance of the center, via a walking path with stairs. When returning in the evening, pay close attention, the road is not illuminated. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very nicely located. You can look out over the city from your room. The staff is very nice. However, in our room the phone was broken (even when I tried using my phone, no one answered the call) Mini bar not filled properly Toilet dirty

The service at the reception is friendly. The room was dirty, the bathroom old and dirty, it does not even correspond to 2 stars. The hallway was full of empty bottles, garbage... . uncleaned, show the photo at the reception. In the room there was no coffee, no tea, no sugar, only torn paper from already used coffee, sugar, etc...; They kindly moved us to the other room, and the other room was just as dirty, the coffee already used inside the coffee maker.

The trip.com booking portal was a disaster, you did not receive the correct invoice! Regarding it, a business trip, never again!

The hotel is in a beautiful location and is functionally equipped. The hotel as a whole and the rooms could be in better condition. The booked breakfast was very good and the service too. many parking spaces are available.

The stay was alright but there was no housekeeping service...had to go down to the reception late evening after we returned from a business meeting to ask why and was given a tag saying you should have hung this on the door outside the room in the morning when leaving..went back and searched, there was no tag in the room nor were we told about this..so obviously, tea, coffee, soap all not replenished and took two more trips to the reception to get fresh ones..

Nice staff, but the room was a bit run down and not really clean. OK for sleeping without high expectations. I didn't eat anything there. After complaining that the room smelled of stale cigarettes, I was able to change rooms almost immediately.

I will try to be brief about this impressive experience: The reception was hopelessly overwhelmed with our wedding party because the IT system had broken down and would not be working again until mid-September at the earliest (we are in mid-August). Other guests were already visibly nervous when we arrived. It will be an interesting 4 weeks for the staff. In the first room we were greeted by several hundred ants in the room, on the walls, in the bed, on the pillows and on the blanket. This prompted us to change rooms. The next room had the same foot odor as our first, as another guest had previously noted at reception when he was dissatisfied with his room. The staff explained this by the old carpets in all the rooms. No real consolation for the odors of a star hotel. When we arrived in our hotel room at night after the wedding, the bed linen in the second room smelled so strongly of damp bed linen that had not been properly aired ("stick") that I went back to the porter, quite tired. This gentleman was the only consolation during the whole time and, at 2:30 a.m., he really tried to look after his guests. Thank you for this great service and his effort. I can't remember his name, so there's another star in the review. The musty smell apparently came not only from the covers, but also from the non-allergenic bedding (we had ordered allergy-friendly bedding in advance). Oh well. It was already after 3 a.m. and I stopped trying to improve things. (Restaurant: dry and lightly topped tarte flambée, over 30 minutes waiting time with no one else in the restaurant and 4 people behind the bar)
