Hotel recentemente ristrutturato, esternamente non invoglia ad entrarci ma poi una volta all’interno tutto cambia, la struttura è stata rimodernata senza badare allo standard che propone ovvero quello di un 4 stelle. Camere carine ma con soli due cuscini sul letto, quando in realtà di norma e di regola in questa tipologia di hotel ne andrebbero proposti 4. Bagno un po’ troppo piccolino, colazione scarsa e da migliorare, personale in sala colazione assente. Buono per il prezzo ma da migliorare se davvero vogliono proporsi come un quattro stelle.

We visited the hotel for a family getaway . Rooms recently refurbished to a high standard . The staff was very friendly and attentive . Any reported issues were resolved timely . Breakfast was very nice with a variety of options. Our daily Cappuccino was perfect and given with a smile ! Absolutely loved our stay ! Many thanks for such great service.

Una notte sola in questo hotel che forse non è proprio 4 stelle “piene”, ben compensato da un prezzo assolutamente onesto. Posizione comoda ai servizi. Non ha parcheggio ma ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Gentilezza del personale, colazione da migliorare.

Hotel molto bello, alla reception abbiamo trovato Edzel persona competente, disponibile e gentile ci ha saputo dare indicazioni per la cena e cosa visitare . Il direttore Luca ci mostra la sala da colazione con prodotti locali ( formaggi) e ci racconta la nuova ristrutturazione ed il rilancio dell'hotel ASTORIA. Biella aveva raggiunto un buon bum economico importante nel campo del tessile e delle grandi firme fino a circa un ventennio fa'.
