The staff was very nice and we liked our room - even though the air conditioning wasn't great. The hotel itself is a bit shabby. But the biggest issue is that the pool is not a part of the hotel. It is a public city pool that hotel guests can use for free - with everyone else from the town. There is no wifi available at the pool at all. So the hotel claiming a pool and wifi at the hotel is misleading. The "included breakfast" is also misleading because you have to go to a coffee bar and present a ticket. You can have what they offer, but it is not a part of the hotel either. There two amazing restaurants, but one turns into a club at night. Basically there is house music blasting at the pool or from the coffee bar or from the club at all times. The club is open until 3 a.m. While it wasn't a terrible experience, it wasn't at all what we thought we were getting, and there were a lot of inconveniences.

Lo prenotiamo già da un po’ perché è veramente comodo per posizione e servizi che offre,nel periodo estivo offre accesso alle piscine,una convenzione con bar vicinissimo con un ottima colazione m,l’unica pecca sono le camere un po’ vecchiotte ma tutto sommato il resto dei servizi compensa questa problematica.Lo staff gentilissimo è disponibile Qualità prezzo buona.

Una delle note più positive di questo hotel è senz'altro rappresentato dal personale che si occupa dell'accoglienza, veramente molto gentile e professionale. L'arredamento è elegante, la stanza nella quale abbiamo alloggiato era piuttosto ampia, il letto e i cuscini comodi. A disposizione dei clienti erano presenti diversi prodotti tra i quali le ciabatte, cuffie, saponette da un buonissimo profumo, shampoo e docciaschiuma, set cucito e scarpe. Il bagno era cieco ma l'aerazione era ben funzionante. Peccato per il doccino presente nella vasca. L'hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti diverse piscine, di cui una molto grande, alle quali accedono anche persone esterne. Nei pressi della struttura sono presenti un bar e un ristorante. Nel complesso tutto abbastanza comodo, anche se il sonno è stato un pò disturbato dalle profumazioni un pò troppo intense, presenti nella camera e da qualche clacson notturno (ma era ferragosto). Lo stile del bar esterno nel quale si fa colazione non rispecchia quello dell'Hotel.

La mia esperienza all'Hotel Boccaccio, ovvero un Hotel 4 stelle è per ciò che concerne il servizio positiva, le persone che vi lavorano sono cortesi e professionali, la pulizia anche di buon livello, unica pecca è che eravamo in 2 e ci è stata assegnata una camera per una persona, pertanto con spazi totalmente insufficienti, non c'erano piani di appoggio di alcun tipo e anche l'armadietto che aveva 2 ante ed era già piccolo di suo, per una parte, era dedicato al frigobar, ergo, rimaneva solo un anta di un armadietto per 2 persone, la stanza ripeto molto piccola anche per una persona sola. Posso capire che gli hotel sono stati molto colpiti dal Covid, ma dare una camera per una persona e già piccola di suo, a due persone, mi è parsa una forzatura improponibile. A dimostrazione di ciò che dico il giorno prima della partenza, la direttrice, molto cortesemente ma tardivamente ci ha proposto di cambiarla per una notte sola, si vede che sapeva di averci dato una cameretta. Altro appunto, l'aria condizionata dovrebbe funzionare con la card inserita e non con la card disinserita, e questo per circa 11 notti. Saluti
