I was very satisfied with a trip. The proprietress was very nice. I didn't expect to invite me to lunch. Even though it was a common meal, I knew I would not eat so much bread. The room is also very clean, no smell. The facilities are also good, much better than I expected. I have been to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon and some places in Las Vegas with friends before, but this time I was more satisfied. The lady boss also showed me other room types, each one is different, but each has its own style. highly recommended.

Because we arrived very late, the hotel is very small and hard to find; the rooms are not small but the facilities are old and the location is OK. Lake views are generally low because there is no water! There is no breakfast, and there is a table tennis case at the door, which can be exercised.

Check in is a 4pm which is a little bit late for my liking and front desk staff was rude.

We arrived on Friday afternoon. The place was beautiful and nostalgic. We checked in and the room was nice... we left and returned that evening to find out that we had no heat. I asked why the Forster heating wasn’t working because it was 41degrees, All I git was a blanket and a floor heater. The maintenance guy stated”Itsnot just a switch I can turn on and I don’t know what to do. My wife had major surgery years ago and her spleen was taken. Therefore she gets cold easy. So we cuddled up and for the next few hours, there were people upstairs running back and forth shaking the entire floor. I called the front desk many times up to 3am to get these people to stop with no avail.. We stayed one night and with no sleep, I was so frustrated that when we checked out, I wanted to be compensated for my room. I was told that they couldn’t do anything because I booked the room through you guys.. Amazing

The check in was smooth, although there was only one representative for the front desk so she had to juggle us and the phones but she was very friendly and welcoming, she gave us a great recommendation for eating which was Oakside, the room was clean, we stayed for 3 nights and the amenities were provided as needed without any issues. It was a great stay and we look forward to staying here again!
