Great location and good value. 24-hr service at front desk. We love being able to walk to Big Bear Village restaurants.

The hotel is close to everything but a bit run down. Thin walls and could have used with some extra salt being thrown around the property to keep patrons from slipping on ice .

It wasnt a good stay, very noisy, people upstairs always stomping making to much noise, bathroom smelled like sewer.

Right at the village entrance. Rooms are ok but just not what I'm used to. Nice layout and very spacious (premium rooms), but could use some updates.
