WorldMark Big Bear Lake

They lost it, or somebody on the staff stole a package that Ontrack delivered at the reception. I called before I arrived asking if I could use their address to send some packages containing gloves and snow clothes for my family; they said yes, I could use their address. When I arrived, there was a missing box, "the one with the most expensive items." First, they said there was no delivery; I showed them that the delivery company said they delivered the package at the front desk. One of the ladies there told me that she returned a big white box to UPS because there was not enough room to keep the box; I told her that Ontrack, not UPS, delivered the package and asked why she never called me. She said she tried to call me many times. The next day, I went to the room manager and the general manager to tell them what this young lady told me. They said they did not even have my phone since I had made the reservation with a third-party agency, but who did this lady know that the missing box was white and big? I wondered why she was so nervous when she said it to me. This place does not have a video camera in the reservation area, and they do not keep a record of deliveries. BE AWARE OF THE DELIVERY ANY PACKAGE AT THE FRONT DESK

What a place to stay in Big Bear. Cabin feel, very nice facilities. Check in was a breeze, and the ladies at the front were all more than friendly and very helpful. Five star all the way….

Great stay! Our only complaint is that you can hear every move the person staying upstairs makes. Maybe they were wearing cement shoes!? But this is the best place we’ve stayed at in Big Bear!

Beautiful complex. Great unit, fully stocked and very clean. I drove to the slopes so I don't know if it's bus friendly.

WorldMark Resort does an incredible job of providing well equipped and spacious units for a relaxing retreat to this beautiful area. The staff are all friendly and very accomodating especially Ryan who had great suggestions.

We recently stayed at the WorldMark Big Bear Resort. We have stayed there before and mostly enjoyed trip. However, this time, WorldMark let us down. There were two major construction projects that started the day after we checked in - reconstruction and extension of sidewalks and walkways, and the resurfacing of the resort's swimming pools. Both of these activities were very loud and intrusive. Worldmark did not post any information about the construction on the reservation website at the time we made the reservations, nor have they posted any notice since. Further, we were not informed about the major construction projects prior to our arrival nor were we told when we checked in. That is completely unacceptable. The Resort staff provided an excuse that they tried to contact all of the guests to notify them of the work. However, we received no such advisory from the Resort. Other than the construction noise, we enjoyed our stay. By the way, this is not the first time this has happened at this resort. In September 2023, we checked in at the resort and were told they were starting a major asphalt repaving project and that we would have to park far away from our unit when the activities reached that area. Fortunately, the contractor ran out of asphalt, and the project was halted soon after it started.
