Good experience overall. Room was supposed to have a microwave but did not have one. Room setup is “different” with TV to the side of bed and not many drawers. Clean hotel.

Very friendly staff at check in and breakfast. Room was clean and quiet. Pool area was clean. Breakfast area was clean and lots of variety. Mentioned the coffee wasn’t very hot and the breakfast attendant fixed the issue right away. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton in Big Rapids. Very nice and clean, breakfast was great! I appreciated that breakfast ran later than other hotels I had stayed at and that we had time before checkout to use the pool. The kids loved it! Would definitely stay again.

My original room (103) did not have room darkening shades, it was very bright in the room, the staff moved us to a room with a shade, you should fix rm 103.
