Very clean. Bkfst -included pretty good biscuits n Gravy. Nice bed. Little bit of road noise in 4th floor room. Nice pool with waterfall to massage shoulders

My stay was great, quiet, and the room was very clean. The only mild issue was the TV: I couldn’t access the channels. I suspect someone may have disconnected the cable service to use another device, such as a gaming system.

The staff were welcoming and supportive to report some things that did not operate as they should. (TV would periodically lose signal, phone did not work, bathroom door trim was coming off) breakfast was good and was available til later in the morning (past 9a).

El primer dia me recibieron muy bien, y el trato del personal fue excelente, hasta la noche que se fue el agua en la ciudad, que no se trato de algo que pudieran arreglar ellos ya que se corto el agua en esa Area.
Pero el dia siguiente que pregunte que iba a pasar nunca tuvieron respuestas para mis dudas, asi que Yo cancele mi segundo dia sin ningun problema pero al salir del hotel llego un cliente con una reservacion y al enter**** que no habia agua decidio cancelar e irse del hotel y a él si lo detuvieron....

Easy access. Unfortunately due to the inclement weather we were without water for approximately 36 hours. Seems as if there should be some refund available as we were unable to shower or adequately use the toilet facilities.

You could not adjust the heater, it did not adjust not matter what temperature you set it at. Also if it was running it whistled like wind through a crack. Very noisy. The beds where hard and sloped to the middle. The TV remote worked to change the channel but would not adjust the volume. The mirror in the bathroom had the corner broken off. And it took over 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Overall it was not a good stay this time.

Very nice hotel with a good bathtub. I love to soak in a tub after a long day of driving! Very nice hot breakfast in the morning including eggs, sausage and biscuits
