Un hôtel qui ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles. Personnel trop familier avec les clients. Serveurs restaurant et bar maladroits, lents et vite débordés malgré une excellente nourriture. Tapis sale dans la chambre. Cheveux dans la literie, dans la douche et dans les serviettes. Ménage chambre pas effectué de manière uniforme. Coffre-fort chambre pas fixé au mur et juste posé sur une étagère, donc inutile (solution de la réception: venir porter son coffre dans un bureau de la réception sous surveillance en quittant sa chambre et venir le reprendre quand on retourne dans sa chambre). Douche pas pratique: porte avec joint d'étanchéité au ras du sol qui mouille le sol de la salle de bain avec l'eau résiduelle de la douche quand on l'ouvre et empêche la pose de la serviette de sol nécessaire à la sortie de la douche.

Hotel was modern and comfortable, with friendly front desk service. The location is not so great, in a somewhat traffic filled commercial area without charm, a good 20 minutes from Bastia. It's a small property with a courtyard design that might be noisy depending on location of your room. Elevator is weirdly programmed to not stop if someone is on it, which makes the wait longer sometimes since it passes you by. Room was smallish and modernly furnished, comfortable with nothing special. Breakfast was very basic, small continental buffet. The items were missing mostly good quality but the selection was terrible, very little cooked food and no salad or vegetables. Our booking included breakfast but otherwise I believe it is 20 euros per person and very much not worth it. Overall it was a comfortable midrange hotel

Un break de deux jours et une nuit pendant lequel le spa a été super agréable et bienvenu. l'hôtel est bien placé confortable et chaleureux.le lit confortable ainsi que tout les équipements.Un de mes hôtel préféré pour faire une coupure dans le quotidien et changer d'air.Trés bon qualité/prix.je le recommande!

très bel endroit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de BASTIA, parking gratuit très grand, accueil parfait. Plusieurs type de chambres avec ou sans terrasse, sur 2 étages; modernes, belle salle de bain, possibilité de se faire thé ou café. Belle piscine au -1 avec jacuzzi et spa et terrasse extérieur très sympa. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux. Bref un très bel endroit avec une salle de réunion. Par contre c'est assez loin du centre ville de Bastia.

Un accueil chaleureux, des chambres spacieuses , un petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié, un restaurant gourmand . En plus de tout cela l’hôtel est agrémenté d’une piscine couverte avec un jacuzzi , un sauna et un hammam très relaxant . Je recommande

Je me suis rendue à L’hotel mercure au spa suite à un bon cadeau offert par une amie pour mon anniversaire, sur le bon n’apparaissait pas le montant et on m’a informé que je pouvais bénéficier de 2 massages que j’ai donc consommé en octobre. En novembre L’hotel m’informe que je leur doit la somme de 110 euros car ils ont fait une erreur sur le montant de mon bon cadeau. S’en est suivi un harcèlement téléphonique, ainsi que des propos très déplacés de la part de la masseuse, qui de plus est ne m’a même pas massé et cela, juste avant les fêtes de fin d’année en me sommants de payer ma « dette ». J’ai demandé à plusieurs reprises de m’entretenir avec la direction de L’hotel, mais sans retour de leur part. Je suis très en colère de me retrouver à payer une prestation que je n’aurais effectivement pas effectué si j’avais su.

Un excellent accueil et un personnel à l’écoute tout au long du séjour ! Une semaine passée où tout était parfait, un petit déjeuner royal, une chambre spacieuse et très agréable , une piscine, hamman et sauna au top après la journée. Des équipes d’entretien, de restauration au top, une mention très spéciale à Anne à l’accueil qui a su nous guider par ses conseils avisés remplis de passion ! Un grand merci pour ce moment magique de fin d’année et bonne continuation pour cette nouvelle année !

A l accueil il y a Anne, qui vous met à l aise, on se croirais à la maison. Le personnel est génial et prévenant. Les points négatif ont été la piscine trop froide malgré les 30deg et le hammam trop chaud
