There was cleaning issue, ants and insects roaming inside the room. Food quality also was not good. And some kind of smell arise in the room. And after complain they were changed my room but semis smell issue was in the entire rooms.

I found a blade in the wc pot inside the room. Room is fine for the money they are charging. Was decent clean. Located just in front of the railway station. Nice stay for business travellers. Food was not good. I got stomach cramps after having dinner.

we have been staying at Heeralal since around 2008 when it was new and well ***aged. Now, it needs renovation. The toilet needs to provide a comb, toilet paper. the walls were dirty and the corners had cobwebs.

Room was properly cleaned with good hygiene. Only issue i felt was the room-keepers did not asked you to lift or carry your bags.
