We senior citizens family have stayed at room 303 for a night on 8th October 2022; it was a nightmare staying here;they have not changed bed sheet, pillow covers or blanket cover, those used by previous residents have been given to us. Pics shared here and with front office staff Suresh ji on whatsapp. Room was booked in a package trip through rajasthantouring.com. We ordered snacks at 5pm, not served till 6pm; reason being our ordered items were served at other room where residents consumed. Has anyone faced such an instance ! Breakfast is included in package but we are afraid to take, as it will be a-la-carte basis and today's instance may be repeated. Food quality we don't know. Rowdy drunken people at other rooms have spoilt our night. This is a request to owner of the hotel, if they at all read reviews, either you ***age hotels properly or close operations. Please do not try to fool guests.

Extremely bad... don't go there even by mistake..Staffs were unprofessional,rooms were not maintained properly,we didn't get water in bathroom.then we changed our room and shifted again in another room but unfortunately some problem in that room too..so again we changed the room..So actually after entering the hotel we faced terrible experience. Absolutely disgusting...

construction work running in hotel but they didn't mentioned about it ,if you don't want to meet any disaster or don't want to put yourself in any kind of serious sound polution then plz check out before 9am ... because very very heavy noise from renovation work after 9am .. save your ears and brain.. overall it's a disaster

Clean Hotel with good rooms. The food is good. Service is a bit slow bit overall experience is very good. The location of hotel is near to all the main markets. It's walking distance to the railway station.You can enjoy local delicacies at Rani Bazaar nearby.The room size is bit small.

The hotel is a great transit option for travelers looking for a night halt. We were a family of 13 and needed a place to Galt before traveling to jaisalmer. The rooms were clean, spacious and had the basic amenities. The washrooms were fine too. For this price range, the hotel is a good option. Definitely recommended for a short stay.
