Hotel immerso nel bosco, camera doppia molto ampia e pulita. Pranzo alla carta ottimo. Cena e colazione a buffet discreti. Area welsnsss molto tranquilla e completa. Thermal park un po' deludente ha semplicemente una vasca idromassaggio riservata a te. Un ora è più che sufficiente! Bar con cocktail molto graziosi. Ampio parcheggio. Molto carina anche l'area esterna

Be very careful when staying at this place. They write free sauna, let you use the sauna and never mention anything about additional charges. When you go to check out they bill extra for everything! Never once did they tell us when something cost extra money. Left a very bad impression of the place and felt more like a scam by the end of the trip.

The stay here was amazing, the staff is very dedicated to the guests. Food is great, their own bakery. The inner pool is quite small, but you have the opportunity to use the biotop if the weather is OK. Massage by Thai girl was amazing eventhough I would not name it Beskydy. We stayed in vila apartment - large enough, just the walls are from paper. Nevertheless, very relaxing and nice stay.

This was absolutely amazing. I have not experienced such a good combination of services in Cz. Totally recommend, especially the food! Wellness, location, service, accomodation... we have not experienced any negatives. If you have high wxpectations, this place has all.

Prijemny hotel,ale myslim ze za to co nabizi je predrazeny.V tuto chvili tam probihaji neustale stav.prace,ktere ale nezasahovali do odpocinku,ale vnimate je.Paradni je prirodni jezirko. Bohuzel i tady bojuji s nedostatkem pracovnich sil a tak se zde setkate s amaterskym personalem.Nas apartman byl cisty pekny i vc.sauny,ale nicim vyjimecny.Na chodbe kapala voda z odpadu,ale nikdo to nespravoval.
