The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. A nicely maintained property. The staff members are warm and helpful, although the service is at times a bit slow or tardy while it is fine overall. A good option for a stay in the city.

Great Hotel... Front Office Staff were very excellent, very helpful. Mr. Bryan was very helpful and responsible. We will surely visit again. Kudos to the entire team.

The service was significantly delayed, and I was disappointed to find that even basic amenities such as soap and shampoo were not included in the stay. Additionally, not a single bottle of water was complimentary, which I found quite frustrating.

everything is great but the reception staff. Extremely unprofessional individiuals are sitting at reception. food, staff, breakfast spread, hotel location, ambiance amenoties, everything looks great but the staff at reception is capable of ruing your experience.monalisha .ushasi
