Everything was great especially location. The only complaint is the lack of a kettle. A kettle should be provided in every room.

Everything was great overall, the only issues were that the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the bed was very noisy.

I'm grateful that I was able to check in smoothly despite making a same-day reservation. There were also plenty of places to eat dinner nearby, which was very convenient. The next day, I had an early morning check-out, but it was smooth and I was able to find a taxi right away. Thank you very much.

The hotel was well located, however in the advertisement they say that they have parking (with charge), but they do not clarify that it is the public parking that was more than 3 blocks away. At the same time, the hotel does not have a parking area to stop and since the street is narrow and very busy, it is impossible to stop to unload the luggage and check-in.
While the hotel seemed neat and pleasant, in our case the room was very small, with one side of the bed against a wall, and the window facing the building's ventilation system.

Just arrived and checked in. Room is absolutely terrible. Small double bed pushed up against a wall. In reality this is a single room made into a double room. When they say "You couldn't swing a cat in there" this is the room Reception used the excuse this is the Petit Palace and so the rooms are "petit" If you are claustrophobic you will not survive here,,,,,its reall bad !!!! Offered to give us a better petit room tomorrow but we must pay extra 20 euro. We are 30 days in Spain and this is the worst by far. Never again !!!

A good hotel in the heart of the Old Town of Casco Viejo. The service and staff were very good. The rooms were comfortable and offered good value for money. Even when I was charged for a service due to an administrative error, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. A lot can be said about a hotel by how it handles issues, and Petit Palace Arana didn’t disappoint. I will be back and thoroughly recommend it.
