We sleeped five nights in a camping tent with us four, the tents were spacious, there was a seat corner and a refrigerator, and despite the rain, everything remained waterproof. Chose it for location as it is closest to our destination in the city. It was rather expensive compared to other hotels. the Breakfast was ok. What we didnt like was that the rooms did not contain a fridge. Hotel rooms are all right and the hotel is well located on the port front. But the experience with the staff at the check-in was so miserable that I can only give one star because of it. After my booking, I had contacted the hotel in writing about a double bed room and a baby bed. Between was immediately confirmed and assured us. On the site I made a self-check on the computer and there was also a note about baby bed. The room had only two separate single beds and there was no baby bed ready. Then I contacted the reception and I was told that I should push the beds together. That would be the double bed that I was assured. This was an impossible option for us with baby, which once is between us at night. Alternatively, a room upgrade for almost DKK 400 with “right” double bed.
