My charger was taken when I left it in the room it was a new charger,house keeper tryed too come in the room without knocking on my door,my stay was ok my when I call back wasn’t pleasant because I know I left my charger that I paid over $30 for wasn’t returned too me when I know I left it

DEFINITE DO NOT STAY! Room wasn’t clean - filthy! Bathroom floor and carpet were sticky dirty. Shower walls and floors were slimy. No housecleaning offered 3 night stay. Pool was super cloudy and you couldn’t see the bottom. No chairs. Too many people paid day rate and no room for the overnight guests. Was charged for a Platinum tower room. Got the downgrade to Royal Tower. Rooms were being changed out with mattresses and pillows on our floor. Workers were yelling and playing music in the hall from early 8 am till after 2 pm. DEFINITELY the most run down and worst managed of all the 7 Hard rocks we have stayed at in the US. Offered a suite however was late on second night and we were willing to repack and move. No rest and very !!! Disappointing stay with Hardrock

Easy friendly check in. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable. Great views of pool from room.
Bathroom appeared uncleaned and outdated. Lamp fixture was broken. Carpet outdated and also appeared uncleaned. Room was ok but I suggest packing shower shoes.
