The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...
Would not return.

Extérieurement, cet hôtel n'est pas le plus beau. La partie ancienne est peu visible. Intérieur très moderne et lumineux. Mais le grand couloir menant aux chambres paraît bien triste. Accueil très peu chaleureux et à revoir. Beaucoup d'extras proposés par mail avant votre arrivée (possibilité de prendre une chambre supérieure, location vélo, panier pique-nique...). Dans l'hôtel même, pas grand chose à faire...le bar est fort petit (dans la partie ancienne). Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine (extra de 15 € par personne pour une heure). Temps passé dans les vestiaires, piscine, sauna, hammam, tout cela en une heure ! Cela nous a semblé très court et sources de stress. Nous y avons renoncé. Nous comprenons les restrictions horaires pour respecter le calme des utilisateurs mais avec le nombre de chambres, il fallait peut-être prévoir un spa plus grand. Chambre propre et confortable. Finalement, nous retiendrons principalement les alentours (magnifique commanderie) et le restaurant (service impeccable et très bon repas).

We hebben er een Valentijnsverblijf van gemaakt. Mooie accommodatie, vriendelijk personeel. Sauna was niet heel warm, maar dat hebben ze mooi opgelost. Het ontbijt was heel goed, 's avonds ook lekker gegeten. Dat mocht wel voor die prijs.

Hôtel très bien situé et très joli. Le cadre est vraiment top ! Le personnel est au petit soin, très souriant et à l'écoute. Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure vue jardin, spacieuse et bien agencée. Nous n'entendions pas les autres clients donc bien insonorisées. Le matelas était un peu mou mais confortable quand même. Pas assez de pression au niveau de la douche. Le petit déjeuner servi est copieux avec beaucoup de choix salés et sucrés (petit bémol pas de chocolat chaud). Le coin bar est assez sympa avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Nous avions réservé 1h au spa (piscine, sauna, hammam). L'eau de la piscine était un peu fraîche et le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. Il manque un jacuzzi pour compléter le tout. Peignoirs et chaussons fournis.

We stayed in 2017 and had good memories. We received a bongo and chose to go back. Very disappointed with the welcome and the service. Restaurant closed. Limited breakfast with few fresh products. And a general feeling of emptiness. Few staff. Wellness fee with defective hammam, no towels, no staff… no bathrobe or slippers to go to the spa. Room temperature at 19 In short, it’s no longer the same hotel.

Het hotel is een echte aanrader. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers. Ik zou ook restaurant AKKO warm aan bevelen. Ik heb verscheiden allergieën en de chefkok heeft het menu van 4 gangen volledig aangepast. Het was super lekker. Nog niet dikwijls zo lekker gegeten.
