對他們的服務真的是不敢苟同，我是半個月前定的房間，結果到了等了半個小時不見人，打了十個分鐘電話，愣是沒有把負責人叫醒，最後還是打了**客服才把問題解決，他説我定的房間別人住下了，明天退房了給我換過來，我想也是畢竟這麼晚了湊合一下吧，我定的是雙人床有窗台的，結果就在無窗户單身床湊合了一晚，天亮還好給我調換了一下，總算讓人滿意了吧，結果他們又説在給調換一間，説這個房間被人定走了，沒辦法衹能讓出去了，結果結果給調換了一間有麻將桌的房間，裏面味大的不行，床單還是黑黑的，給他們老闆協商説換房間，結果他們説沒有，要不加錢要不去別家，這不是欺負人，大家斟酌下單不要入坑。
