We regularly stay at premier inns especially this one in Bingley. The staff are always lovely and very friendly especially Vicky on reception.

Our stay was remarkable from start to finish, thanks to the serene ambiance of our quiet room and the convenience of ample parking. Each staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shout-out to Vicky at the reception, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She made us feel right at home with her warm welcome and readiness to assist. Additionally, our room was not only spacious but also immaculately clean, creating a perfect retreat after a day of activities. This hotel delivered an exceptional experience, and we are already planning our return!

The reception team were super nice, welcoming and helpful with all requirements. The lady on arrival was great, helping us secure a table for dinner and the two gents in the morning were equally helpful in suggesting places to eat that evening

Having a weekend in the area we stayed here. Think this is one of the earlier Premier Inns, as we were fortunate to have a bath as well as shower, and a window that opened. We had a lovely stay, the place being a short walk to the canal and then a mile or so to the Five rise locks. The only thing that spoiled our stay was people going to bed after midnight obviously hadn't said enough to each other all night and decided to carry on a conversation outside our door at 2000 decibels, snd woke me up, so I opened the door and asked them if they could make a bit more noise as they had only managed to wake one of us up!! Maybe the 'tiptoe' sign could also ask people to keep their mouths shut. Also you need to be aware that when using the steps outside, the step at the bottom is much deeper than the others

Premier Inn is always my first option for places to stay, room was generally very good, was a little surprised however to find what looks like black mold or marks on the ceiling in the by the shower, which put me off taking a shower / bath a little bit, overall a peaceful restful nights sleep

Vicki on arrival was absolutely amazing. Great way to greet and welcome your guests. A lesson for Islinda to learn on how to speak with your customers/guests. Apart from that great stay. The fire alarm went off at 11am. I woke up absolutely terrified and ran out of my room only to find out it was a fire test. I said to Islinda we should have been notified and she had the courtesy to say well what can I do now I apologise. I do not need pathetic apologies. As guests emails/texts should be sent to all checked in guests staying there that "on Monday's at 11am there is a fire alarm. We apologise for the inconvenience and please do not be alarmed." I would still recommend the hotel as it is a great place to stay for a night or 2.

This “hotel” is tired, dirty and rundown. Restaurant / bar facilities closed at 9.30pm and we were told we could always order Uber eats. The pull out bed was damp and had thin mattress. We reluctantly had breakfast in the restaurant but it was a cattle Market. Even though we booked , non residents walking in ( legitimately) but pushing past us in the queue. No management of the breakfast service. The staff were however very pleasant. Car park big but I didn’t feel safe and someone had the car broken into to take the stereo on the evening we were there.

This hotel was in need of renovation, the restaurant and bar area needed attention, the seats were worn out needed recovering and the restaurant needed a thorough clean, the table that we sat on was sticky and the breakfast was poor quality, this surprised me and my wife because at other premier inns the breakfast has been excellent!

Stayed at the premier inn for a week. Prior to our stay we spoke to Vicky who said she would sort us a quiet room. When we arrived Vicky and Linda were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. During our stay Lauren, Vicky, Linda and the other staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. When we asked for the room cleaning the lady who cleaned it made a great job of it despite all the stuff we had brought with us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area. We had a few meals in the adjoining restaurant and they were excellent. The food was well cooked and professionally served. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall we had a great stay. Thank You
