房間衞生特別好，還是入住翻修的新房間，設施很温馨，服務也很好，逛街方便，特別值得推薦。

院子整潔大方，房間環境挺棒的，入住的房間採光很好，空間也大，環境整潔，樓層服務員是有求必應，整體素質都挺高的呢入住時間很人性化，衹要有空房就可以給客人安排入住了，不一定要等到下午。

房間是新裝修的房間，房間實施很齊全，體驗感很好。前台的小姐姐、客房清掃人員服務態度都很好。賓館的地理位置很好，出行很方便。旁邊有個商場，有很多特色小吃，人流量很大。餐廳有一個五糧粥很好吃，下次還會選擇濱海賓館。
