For a short weekend trip, the hotel is cheap and suitable enough. The location is perfect as there’s a lot of restaurants and kopitiams around with variety of food.

When checked in, I can smell the scent of nicotine, though I was told it was not a smoking room. 2nd day, after room cleaning, found disposable slippers were not provided, checked with receptionist, was told housekeeping services ended by 430pm, so not able to provide. Was a bit disappointed...

Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance & Service
We were first given a room where the TV speakers didn’t work. Only after speaking directly with the manager was I offered a room change, which should have been addressed more promptly by the staff.The property is in serious need of renovation. The room flooring near the toilet was warped, which gave the room a neglected and unhygienic feel. On top of that, the hot water shower was not actually hot — only lukewarm, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Also, there was a strong unpleasant odour from the carpet at the lift landing.
The one positive was the maintenance staff. Maxim, in particular, was more sympathetic and helpful than the front desk. He was the one who offered to bring us a new key card for the replacement room, which I appreciated.
Overall, a disappointing stay – the hotel urgently needs to improve both its facilities and service responsiveness.

3 stars hotel but look premium
- very comfy bed and they provide 4 pillows, bedsheet clean
- built in speaker in bathroom (highlight of this hotel!!!) & HDMI cable provided
- very spacious washroom
- have mini fridge
- good internet connection
- towels smells good and clean
had a great stays here and recommended
