Mit 10 Personen waren wir Anfang Februar 2024 im Grand Hotel im Ostseebad Binz zum Brunchen. Wir waren keine Gäste des Hauses und waren begeistert, dass wir trotzdem dort schöne Stunden beim Frühstück zusammen verbringen konnten. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Generaldirektorin des Hauses, Frau Birte Löhr, hat sich sehr herzlich mit ihrer Crew um uns und all' die anderen Gäste gekümmert und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können allen anderen nur empfehlen, dort einmal zum Brunch einzukehren. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir dort auch übernachten und die Wellnessbehandlungen genießen.

Wir kennen das Hotel noch unter dem Namen Kempinski. Da war es noch 5 Sterne wert. Zur Zeit ist es Max. 3 Sterne wert. Sollte es mal einer Generalüberholung unterzogen werden, sind wir wieder da. Vorher nicht! Es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Wenn eine Flasche Wein 🍷 angeboten wird, gehören auch 2 Gläser dazu. 🤨. Die Betten sind eine Zumutung. Noch nie haben wir 2 quergelegte Laken gehabt, welche völlig durcheinander am Morgen vorhanden sind.

Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das die 5* nicht mehr verdient hat. Dringend modernisierungs- und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Einrichtung ist umfangreich und bietet auch bei schlechten Tagen für Familien Möglichkeiten.

Mycket bra frukost med allt man kan tänka sig. Fräscht i matsalen. Vi fick uppgraderat rum mot havet fast att vi bokat mot trädgården. Rymligt rum med walk in closet, det var bra att kunna stuva undan bagaget där. Enda minuset var att lådan med kleenex och förpackningen med vanitykit i badrummet inte fylldes på. Inte heller ringde personalen i spaavdelningen tillbaka trots att vi lämnat en lapp enligt deras instruktion när spaet var obemannat

Der Name sowie der Übernachtungspreis lassen Besseres vermuten. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, mit viel Luft nach oben. Rezeption 24h besetzt, Personal stets freundlich. Zimmer abgewohnt und renovierungsbedüftig, 2000er Charme. Abgelöste Tapete, Stoffduschvorhang muten in einem 5-Sterne-Haus eigenartig an. Küche gut, Service unterirdisch. Auf der Terrasse wackelnde Tische, schmutzige Sitzmöbel, Personal null auf Zack, Kommunikation unterirdisch, da kaum Deutschkenntnisse vorhanden. Beim Frühstück steht Personal und erzählt, während die Gäste nicht mal Besteck auf den Tischen haben. Qualität des Essens gut, Auswahl beim Frühstück ebenfalls in Ordnung. Wellnessbereich wurde nicht genutzt, machte augenscheinlich einen guten Eindruck. Tiefgarage für 21 Euro die Nacht nutzbar.
