Reinigung der Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig, die Freundlichkeit beim Frühstück ebenfalls, das Frühstücksbuffet allerdings war sehr gut und vielseitig. Insgesamt könnte das Hotel über eine Renovierung nachdenken. Für ein 4 Sternehotel kann man mehr erwarten, die Buchungskosten für dieses Hotel sind eindeutig zu teuer.

The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there.
The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it.

Bremen couple from 8/26/23 - 9/2/23 Room 148 Balcony and sea view The room was tidy and clean. Location of the hotel is very good right on the beach, a few minutes walk from the pier. The dinner (buffet) was great as was the staff. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone and is plentiful. It was also possible to have breakfast outside. But how could you put a smile on the faces of the staff (breakfast)? We were able to end the evening comfortably with a drink in the hotel bar. Staff great. Of course the Sky Bar on the roof is great. It was a live band and there was a great atmosphere. Swimming pool in the house. The hotel is certainly getting old. But those in charge of the house will know what needs to be worked on in order to continue to offer their guests a pleasant stay. We would like to come back. Greetings from Bremen

Great location close to promenade and beach. Rest lousy ie property condition, staff, customer services and noise level. Not a 4 star property as advertised. A cash cow being milked. Noisy bar keep us awake two nights to 2 am despite numerous complaints to police and front desk. No one seemed to care. DDR Deluxe. Needs massive reno and staff overhaul. Tour bus quality for Berlin seniors. Lousy if one expects a 4-5 star hotel: dirty carpets, slow elevators, peeking paint, missing key cards on check in, room not ready at 3 pm, no towels replaced even those on floor, uncaring staff

Dieses Hotel unterstützt die rechtsextremen "Menschen" der AfD. So fand hier beispielsweise am 23.11.2019 das "Flügelfelst" der AfD, mit solchen Kalibern wie Kalbitz oder Höcke statt. Weiterhin gab es hier beispielsweise am 03.08.2019 einen Bürgerdialog, u.a. mit dem rechtsextremen Stephan Brandner. Außerdem waren am 19.08.2017 Holm, Weidel und Glaser dort zu einer AfD-veranstaltung zu Gast. Am 06.10.2022 waren erneut Holm und Komning zu Gast. Dieses Hotel zeichnet sich demnach dadurch aus, rechsextremen, homophoben und intoleranten Demokratiegegnern eine Plattform zu bieten.
