I stayed here five or six years ago, and the hotel service was great at that time! This time the hotel was very deserted, the parking lot was not even half full, and the hotel lobby lights were not turned on, it was very dark! The hotel shower water was not hot after a long time, and the shower was not working well. When I checked out, I reported it to the front desk, but no one responded to me.
