Bluesun Hotel Jadran

It was a great stay with a great breakfast and dinner buffet.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage, schöne Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick. Das wars dann auch. Service, Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Preis/Leistung sind knapp 3* würdig. Die Liegestühle am Strand sind nicht mehr kostenlos. Es stehen 10€ pro Liege und Tag an. Ziemlich frech bei einem 2 wöchigen Urlaub. Der Parkplatz nochmals 8€ extra pro Tag. Die Duschen und Toiletten am Strand sind geschlossen. Die Liegen am Pool haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Die Matratzen sind schmuddelig, Geschirr bleibt stehen, und das Personal ist weder geschult, eher unfreundlich und wenig gästeorientiert, inklusive dem Concierge mit seinen unfreundlich formulierten eMails. Für uns nach den tollen Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre eine Enttäuschung mit dem Besitzerwechsel und nicht mehr auf unserer künftigen Urlaubsliste.

Très bel hôtel, belle grande chambre, vue sur mer au top. Produits de bain Rituals est un ++. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont de bonnes qualités. Petit sentier de randonnée accessible à côté de l'hôtel qui donne accès à des petites plages et à des paysages époustouflants. Le parking est payant au prix de 8 euros/jour. Je trouve cela un point négatif car il n'y a pas vraiment d'autre endroit où se garer à proximité. Si on devait rester, cela fait un budget assez conséquent à ajouter! De plus le parking n'est pas sécurisé puisque la barrière ne ferme pas. Il manque des petites choses qui font un 5 étoiles... La chambre a été faite mais les produits de bain n'ont pas été rechargés, les essuies pas changés, les verres non plus... Aux repas, on a l'impression que le personnel ne suit pas. Certains ne sont pas très aimables. Nous reviendrons peut-être mais alors nous vérifierons le prix une dizaines de jours avant notre venue car au hasard d'une simulation faites quelques jours avant notre arrivée mais trop tard pour annuler et refaire la réservation, nous avons constaté que la chambre était alors 90 à 100 euros moins cher la nuit, j'avoue que cela me laisse un goût amer. J'ajoute aussi qu'on demande notre avis par mail sur notre séjour, si on le donne et demandons une réponse... Nous ne la recevons pas. Lors du check-out, nous avons indiqué nos remarques, les réponses données sont bateaux. Nous avions du payer au check-in (chose aussi très inhabituelle) donc on se fiche un peu de la suite. Pour avoir fréquenté ce type d'hôtel en Espagne ou Portugal notamment, je peux dire que le service est meilleur et que nous nous étions sentis pris plus au sérieux. Il ne suffit pas d'avoir de bonnes et belles infrastructures, il faut que le service suive aussi pour le prix payé!

We had booked through "Holidaycheck.de", but this booking was not reflected in the hotel. Because the hotel was sold last year and now operates under a different name (formerly TUI-BlueSun Jadran", now just BlueSun Jadran), the booking went wrong. (Which is not the only thing we had to experience!) This sale downgraded the hotel to a 3*** hotel in terms of service, friendliness and quality. (previous reviews 5.8! Which is why we booked this hotel.) The friendly ladies and gentlemen at reception sorted it out within an hour and we even got an upgrade to a room with a balcony and sea view. (THANKS again for that) The room was quite large, which made it all the more incomprehensible that the bathroom and toilet were so small! The bathroom only had a curtain and no door! The facilities are very good (safe, fridge, kettle, desk, large cupboards with lots of storage space and shelves. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and especially beautifully designed inside. Parking costs €8/day if you could get a parking space. If not, you were parked 200m away in a dirty lot. Still €8/day) The service and friendliness left a lot to be desired when you consider the rather high price. We are of the opinion that the room does not need to be cleaned every day and told reception that it only needs to be cleaned every 2-3 days. And now you would think that at least then it would be cleaned properly! But no such luck. The beds were only made up and the towels changed! The same thing happened 3 days later! It was only 2 days before departure that the lady got carried away and vacuumed. But that was all! The mirror was still full of splashes. The selection of salad, sausage, cheese, fruit and desserts at breakfast and dinner is very good. Which is something that cannot be said about the food "from the kitchen" at all!! No style, no quality. Large kitchen for mass processing. And again the question arises, 5 stars? When you consider that you pay €7.20 to €9.50 for a glass of wine with your meal, the food no longer matches it. The service staff are hopelessly overwhelmed. The table is not reset, the table is not cleared away or is cleared away very late. You are already seated during the first course when someone comes over and asks if you want something to drink. Neither at breakfast, nor from the cleaning staff, nor at dinner do you hear a Dobro Jutro, Dobar Dan, Dovidenja, Hvala or Molim! According to the staff at reception, this loss of quality is due to the sale of the hotel. When the good staff were replaced with cheap ones. Simply a shame!
