They were so rude and threatened to call police because I was late checking out

Had trouble finding hotel. Poorly lit when found. Had to register at adjacent Best Western. Overall not a favorable impression. Very unfortunate.

It ****** i was double charged and still havent got the money back from the motel i paid for the room with you in advance why did the motel also charge me

the bathroom door was not very sturdy. bugs in bathtub. dirty floor and sheets. burn hole in mattress

Bed was uncomfortable. Three small, lumpy pillows provided. Sheets didn't fit bed. Blanket was old thin and scratchy. Two cups of coffee for a 4 day stay. Bathroom was a closet. Asked to have the room cleaned and was told they didn't do that during your stay. No ice machine. There was a popping/banging noise in the walls. Terrible place! Go somewhere else!!!

Office was shared with a Best Western on the same property however there was NO signs indicating where the office was. Had to go into the best Western and ask to find out they shared the same office. There was only 1 employee on duty taking care of both businesses so there was a lengthy wait to check in. But the employee was great for the pressure he was under.

The walls were half painted, there were holes from water damage in the ceiling, it smelled like cigarettes, and there were cigarette marks in the bath tun
