Hotel facilities were basic, but I knew that when I booked. Location was ideal for what I needed, and the staff were very friendly. I booked for 12 nights, and I found it a little frustrating that I had to request towels to be changed, as they make it clear rooms are not serviced every day for longer term stays. Would have also liked a internatiol razor power point like most hotels have around the world. But I understand this is an English Health and Safety ruling.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Clean and very comfortable stay a this hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was the star of the show for me. Had the most incredible nights sleep. I found the price I payed was really good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was as expected for a premier inn, absolutely fine.. shower could do with an upgrade though. However the best part of our stay was Stacey. She remembered our names, remembered what we were planning to do and just provided amazing customer service through our our stay. If we were to stay here again, it would be to see Stacey. What a gem!

Thanks to Helen, Tommy, Caitlin and all staff on duty on Friday 26, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 April for your hospitality. Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable room with lovely food. 5 mins on the train to central Liverpool and easy access by train to all destinations on the Wirral. Lovely weekend visiting our son at university in Liverpool. Hope to be back soon

More like a lower grade Travelodge. Tired decor and best to stay in Liverpool for better experience. Weird car parking do not pay for full day or multiple days as will be charged again each time you exit the car park. Staff try to distance themselves and do not clearly explain and say if problem nothing to do with them. The staff say contact council but they say nothing to do with them either. Needs sorting so do not use if you want to use your car during stay. Premier Inn should sort out this misleading and unfair parking. Cannot recommend.

Pretty standard Premier Inn Experience. Caitlyn was fantastic, really attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the weeklong stay. Toni however seemed to have a hostile attitude every time I interacted with her… stark contrast to the rest of the team.

We decided to stay over night before catching the morning ferry to Belfast. Such a warm welcome after a 4hr drive from Oxford. Staff at this hotel truly make it a great experience. Room really clean and cosy everything you need. Such a great price I will be definitely using again and less than ten minute drive from the ferry perfect! And only £5 overnight parking! Thank you to all the staff!
